Questions for Congress

Congressman Mike Coffman,

I have so many questions. Not just for you, but all so-called representatives. As you are the duly sworn representative of this district, would you mind answering a few questions?

Why should we, as a representative of the people, vote for you or any other politician? Why should we vote for representation at all? I only ask this question as it seems that most congressional representatives fail to represent the people that elect them into office. It is not just limited to partisan politics, but the entire system of the U.S. government lately.

Why do we currently have a star chamber and what is its purpose that is the FISA court? Why the secrecy and lack of accountability? Does the sitting government fear its people? What can you do about the rising concerns of an increasingly paramilitary citizen police force? What is the purpose of using a SWAT team to serve warrants for non-violent offenders? Is it control of the populace? It should be known that there are more U.S. citizens killed by police than from foreign or domestic terrorism.

I never agreed with the implementation of the Patriot Act. The name itself sounds so patriotic, but it is nothing of the sort and is very antithetical to the entire U.S. ideology.
Why do corporate interests seem more important than citizen interests to all politicians? Does the common citizen that does donate to a campaign have any voice anymore?
Sorry for all the questions. I just don’t feel represented by anyone anymore except Google, Microsoft, Apple, Comcast and all of the rest of the megalopolies.

Hoping for change that I will most likely never see,
Steven Stormo

Well said Steven! I agree with your points. We have lost most of our rights under the Bill of Rights. The 1st, 2nd, 4th and 10th are all pretty much history. We suffer warrantless checkpoints on our highways and airports, we suffer numerous infringements on our right to bear arms, we are constantly restricted in the workplace from expressing our viewpoints and States Rights are totally ignored.

We live in a fascist corporate-run country as warned of by President Jackson and Jefferson. We live under constant surveillance in a police state as warned of by President Eisenhower. We are governed by men and women who belong to secret elite groups as warned of by President Kennedy. We live under laws which pay people to produce nothing and protect corporations like Monsanto from lawsuits for destroying our food supply. We suffer while environmentalists (corporate servants) shut down our coal-fired power plants thus raising our energy costs from our most abundant energy supply (coal) while our nuclear plants decay and pollute our environment. We believe greedy deceivers like Al Gore who brainwash our people into believing in global warming and that CO2 is bad for the environment. Elevated CO2 levels is exactly what greenhouses use to grow robust healthy plants and I have never suffered any adverse affects from spending time inside a greenhouse!

Our representatives passed the misnamed Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) which raises insurance rates and was designed by and for the insurance corporations' benefit, not for the people!

The unPatriotic Act steals our liberty and freedoms and fosters a police state. The TSA is the governments domestic standing army constantly growing and expanding in size, scope and coverage.

We have a foreign takeover of our money supply by global elitists which control our Federal Reserve Bank that is a private corporate controlled bank issuing fiat and controlling interest rates for the benefit of the privately held banks enslaving us all with perpetual debt service and economic slavery. The government is run by corporations and mostly by foreign off-shore bankers who are immune to our laws and trying to put us under the domination of the UN and the New World Order technocrats.

I agree that Coffman along with all our congressmen are doing a bad job and should be replaced with real constitutional representatives in 2014! It is time to wipe the slate clean and start over!

I have to say RangeRider certainly has a vivid imagination. "Global elitists control our Federal Reserve Bank"? That's actually amusing and at the same time amazing anyone could make such a preposterous statement. All RangeRider's discussion of foreign control of our money supply, economic slavery, and New World Orders speaks for itself. It's the stuff of extremist fantasy something you might find in a Glen Beck comic book.
