Beyond Divorce: Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends series starts Thursday, June 14, offering helpful information to individuals experiencing divorce, separation, or a relationship ending. The first meeting of the 7-week Summer Session addresses reasons why relationships end, the emotional roller coaster resulting, and how to cope with the adjustment process.
There is no charge for the first meeting of the Rebuilding Summer Session series and anyone interested in Rebuilding is welcome to attend.
Rebuilding topics explored through the series include grief, anger, denial, guilt, self-esteem, letting go, and transitioning into singleness. Rebuilding is based on the work of Boulder therapist Dr. Bruce Fisher and is highly effective helping with adjustment to an ending or ended marriage or relationship.
The Rebuilding Summer Session series will be held on Thursday evenings at the Koelbel Library, S. 5955 S. Holly St, Centennial, from 6:30 – 9:00 pm. The Rebuilding Summer Session covers information offered in the regular 10-week Rebuilding series, and participants in the modified Summer Series are invited to participate in the full series, starting in mid-September.
