Four finalists have been named in the search for a new town administrator for Elizabeth.
More than 80 candidates submitted information for the position, which has been filled by Interim Town Administrator Aden Hogan since January 2017. The candidates were screened through a series of questionnaires and background checks.
The top four candidates being considered are:
• Matt Cohrs, assistant to the city manager in Greenwood Village;
• Mike Connor, municipal service manager for HR Green and Co.;
• Mike Maudlin, former police chief in Mead; and
• Greg Tuliszewski, police chief in Hayden.
The public is invited to meet the candidates at an open house from 6:30-8:30 p.m. March 2 at Town Hall in Elizabeth. The open house is an informal way to stop by, meet the candidates, ask questions and offer the town board feedback on the candidates. Light snacks will be provided.
The interview process will conclude March 3, and an announcement of the selection is scheduled for March 13. The new administrator is expected to start in mid- to late April.
