Chamber to gather Thanksgiving baskets
The Elizabeth Area Chamber of Commerce once again will help the
seniors of Elbert County by gathering and creating baskets with
important items such as basic toiletries. Because other local
agencies will provide food baskets for the seniors, the chamber
decided to gather toiletry items, as well as gift cards or money
donations.
Donation boxes are available at the following locations: NAPA,
Botana Junction, Bank of Choice Elizabeth, Bank of Choice Kiowa,
Big R, Elbert County Library -Elizabeth, True Value of Elizabeth,
Elodji's Wine Bar.
The last drop off will be at the Olde Country Christmas
celebration Dec. 5. The chamber has $20 Safeway gift cards
available to add to any basket. Consider helping us assist this
