Rule of Law requires civility. Elbert County Republicans may refuse public debate when one of their opponents has a vociferous reputation. Republican and Democratic leadership established law enforcement procedures to ensure immediate removal of any participant after appropriate warning.

I implore all commissioner candidates to respect Rule of Law and the moderators’ record of proper decorum. Elbert County voters deserve to meet the candidates in public forum.
