The Parker Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a sketch of an individual from a suspicious occurrence.
At about 3 p.m. Oct. 21, a girl riding her bike in the 11200 block of Canterberry Parkway was approached by a white Jeep. The driver attempted to make contact with the girl and she rode off. She was unsure which direction the vehicle left.
Officers responded to the area and did not find a vehicle or anyone matching the description. After working with the girl and her family, a sketch of the suspect was drawn. Following the sketch, an interview was done by detectives to get additional information.
The man in the sketch was described to be bald, white and in his 50s, with a salt-and-pepper beard. Police suspect his Jeep was a white hardtop, possibly a Wrangler.
Anybody with any information about the individual in the sketch or about the case should contact Detective Trevor Nevins at tnevins@parkeronline.org or 303-841-9800.
