Thornton High School graduated 274 students on May 16 at the CU Events Center in Boulder.
Zora Alexander started off the ceremony by singing the national anthem. Soon after, Richard Nguyen, the student body president, won valedictorian and Luz Montiel, senior class president, won salutatorian.
Other speakers included students Omar Apodaca Jr.and Lexus Venzor, faculty members Kyle Launchmen and Kristen McCloskey, Adams 12 Five Star School Superintendent Christopher Gdowski and Adams 12 Five Star School Board President Lori Goldstein.
